The Bluetooth SIG has announced new names and logos for electronic devices Bluetooth 4.0 that are available according to the trademarks Bluetooth Smart and Bluetooth Smart Ready. Bluetooth Smart is designed for Bluetooth low energy devices, such as sensors, which collect the information transmitted wirelessly to other devices, as gateway type, mobile phone or PC, that can perform processing on these data and bearing the name Bluetooth Smart Ready.
